  • When is the next shop update?
    The date and time of the next shop update/restock is listed in the announcement bar at the top of every page and on the pop up box on the homepage.
  • Do you take custom orders?
    Yes - for all custom orders please contact me via the contact page on my website or direct message me through Facebook or Instagram.
  • Shipping
    We offer free shipping within the U.K on orders over £100 and on all international orders over £150! Your jewellery will be dispatched within 3 - 5 days of your order being placed. Domestic shipments UK - we ship our items via 24hr special delivery. It is tracked and will need to be signed for on arrival. International shipments - we ship worldwide via special tracked and signed for delivery. This takes an average of 5-10 business days once dispatched. I also offer the option of local pickup. I am based in Bournemouth, Dorset, U.K. If you choose this option I will contact you to arrange a suitable collection date and time.
  • Refunds / Exchanges / Repairs
    If your jewellery arrives damaged please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will then ask you to return it to us within 14 days so that we can exchange or repair the item for you. In this instance we will cover the postage costs by way of an immediate refund to the credit/debit card or PayPal account used for purchase. For U.K customers we recommend Royal Mail special delivery. Return address is Flat 2, 57 Wimborne Road, Bournemouth, Dorset, BH3 7AL. If the item gets damaged under your care we are happy to offer assistance within 1 year of purchase, however it may be subject to a repair fee and delivery costs. Being a small business we, unfortunately, cannot accept refunds in the unlikely event that you are simply unhappy with your purchase. If you are unsure about an item before purchasing it, please feel free to contact us so that we can assist you with any questions you may have. Please contact us via email or social media if you have any queries. We will respond as promptly as possible.
  • Do you offer gift wrapping?
    Not in the traditional sense of wrapping paper, but every item is beautifully packaged with eco friendly materials, gift ready.
  • What materials do you use?
    Our sterling silver jewellery is made using 100% recycled silver and is a great option if you have more sensitive skin. Our gold jewellery is all made using 14k filled gold. This is the best gold to use for the wire work technique I use as it's a harder material. Gold filled jewellery is a great economical alternative to solid gold and, if taken care of, it can last as long as solid gold and won't tarnish or rub off unlike gold plated jewellery. I am in the process of looking for ethically sourced precious stones. Although I am yet to find a supplier that stocks drilled stones which is what I use, the hunt continues!
  • The item I want is sold out. When will it be restocked?
    If an item is sold out it is unlikely to be restocked identically, although I may create similar designs with slight changes i.e. different stones. Please contact me if you are after a particular piece.
